High Maintenance

by Jennifer Belle

on the fence

This book wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It was just okay. It was a good quick read.

The main character, Liv, recently left her husband and is making her way on her own in New York City. The book doesn't really have any great literary value, but there are some good sarcastic remarks. You know, smart sarcastic remarks like you wish you could think of when you need them, but only think of them once the time and situation have passed.
